Chandini Mukaish Work Jutti

The most heavily worked pair in the collection. Silver scrolls curl across the whole toe cap, cut through with fine chevron bands and set on deep mahogany leather that reads almost black in low light. Put it under a warm lamp and the entire toe turns the colour of moonlight. Hence Chandini.

There is no shortcut version of this. Every strip of silver is laid and beaten flat by hand, and the denser the pattern, the longer it takes — this one runs past 72 hours a pair. Wear it with something plain and let the shoes do the work.

1. Composition: Upper and back – Mukaish embroidery on leather; Insole – skiver leather; Outer sole – vegetable tanned leather; Cushioning – double padded for extra comfort.
2. Packaging: Moy juttis are packed in a compact, sturdy box with a dustbag and a care card.
3. Care Instructions: Clean with a damp cloth and a mild cleanser. Store in a dry place, covered with the dustbag provided. If they get wet, dry them fully before putting them away.
