Returns & Exchanges
Our Return and Exchange policy is attuned to the requirements and 100% satisfaction of our customers. Our products go through a strict audit before they are dispatched to our customers. We do not offer returns but only exchanges, however in case of special situations, we can always discuss and move forward.
Our Policy is laid out as below-
We offer size exchanges only. We have standard Euro sizes, which help to pick up your perfect size. However if you need a size exchange, you can raise a request by writing to us at email@example.com, mentioning the order ID, within 2 days of receipt of the product.
In case the size required is not available, you can pick up any other design of same value or of higher value. In case of higher value, you will have to pay the difference.
And if you do not want to select any other design, we will offer a refund in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please ensure the product is returned in it's original condition, any damage due to mis-handling of the product will have to be borne by the customer.
Pairs purchased during sale and exhibition events are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
In case you want to exchange a product out of a 'COMBO', you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges would be borne by the customer.
The pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of similar or higher value only, by paying the difference.
In combo offers, refunds are not available.
Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order, refund will be in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
In case of a cancellation (or address change) after dispatch, we will deduct Rs.200 as shipping charge, from the refund/exchange value given in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
